What file formats do you accept?
We accept many standard graphic files. Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Publisher, PDF, TIFF, EPS, PNG, JPG.
What resolution should my image files have?
Image files should have a resolution no larger than 400 dpi. Resolution is a measurement of dots per inch (DPI). The more dots per inch, the sharper your image will be.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal, Visa (credit or debit), Mastercard (credit or debit). We also accept personal checks, cashier's check, and money orders issued by U.S. banks only. A deposit for services will be required.
